Tonight is the dreaded day of Valentines. Although it really isn't that bad.
Regardless, here is tonight's workout in case you want to squeeze a run in.
4x400 @ 5k pace
2x800 @ 5k pace
1x1200 @ 2 sec slower then 5k pace
1x400 @ 5k pace
Rest 75-90% of your previous interval time
Don't forget, Pizza and Beer afterwards at Stone Hearth Pizza Co. on the corner of Western Ave. and N. Harvard St.
