Hi,

Sorry to hear about your knee problem. In your place I would consult a
doctor to find the exact cause. Buying shoes from the marathon helps.
They seem to be good. The store has a good return policy too. Last
year they discovered that my feet dynamic was changed due to over
wearing flip-flops.. It was funny, but unexpected..

good luck and hope you recover soon,
natalie

I started running again in January and?after running 3 miles?each day for 3 days, I started getting knee pain/tightness.?To be on the super safe side, I took?6 weeks and did a lot of stretching in between. I went out for a mile run two weekends ago and it is still there. The pain/tightness starts on my outside bottom left knee (the same side as my ankle roll), then it spreads to the entire outside knee. I know I over-pronate since my feet are as flat as the floor. I can barely fit a coin under my "arch", but this knee thing never happened to me before. Not even when I?run 10-20miles.

Any brands, online websites, or doctor I can visit for a pair. I'm looking?for a?good quality pair of orthotics. i don't care much about the price, as long as it is reasonable.
