Dear Louisa, thanks for the welcome! I have not attempted to make anything yet as my daughter has mainly eaten salad, fruit and vegetables while being home for two weeks at Christmas and last Summer much of the same thing. I want to be able to make her some homecooked meals incorporating something vegan she hasn't tried. She is certainly not starving herself as she eats several times per day at her college cafeteria but I want to learn more about the vegan lifestyle myself.

Hi Louisa, thanks for the welcome! I also saw Gene when he came to Dartmouth College. It was a great talk and it was nice to meet some other vegans in the area. I would love to see a more active group going here. (We are actually in Grantham, not Claremont, I had the wrong zip code in there!) I hope we can make it up some time!

Hi Louisa, looking forward to it! I am also bringing a friend, so should be two of us. I will bring several dishes, as she is not vegan and not sure what to bring so I told her not to worry about it. Besides, there is usually plenty of food at these types of things!
