Yong, welcome to our women's cycling group. Our current rides range from casual to intermediate skill levels. We are a "ladies" group with a few husbands sprinkled in. We would be happy to introduce you to our rides while you are visiting.

Yong, we encourage riding with someone, then going ahead, then circling back to meet them again, etc. Its a great way to get more hill miles in for you, and to keep contact with a newbie and encourage them. Or, sprint up lookout from 9 to 10am, then meet us for a 2nd go.
