Ladies! Curious to try a boxing workout but were intimidated? Join our ladies only group for a REAL boxing workout at your own pace and intensity level. You'll work the heavy bag, speed bag, shadow box and do mitt training.

Orientation REQUIRED for all new boxing class attendees:

We provide gloves, jump ropes, weights and punching bags. You bring the attitude!
You'll need:
1. A big bottle of water or sports drink
3. A small towel - we WILL make you sweat and the gym is intentionally NOT air conditioned!
3. Hand wraps (rent them from Ann Marie for $1)
Wraps can be purchased at local sporting goods stores or Titleboxing.com. Make sure you get 180 length elasticized wraps.
RSVP is encouraged. $10 per person, cash only. Monthly class passes are available at a discounted rate.
