What sparked your interest about the San Diego Brain Club? Was there a precipitating event that created this interest? If so, what was it?

I currently in school with emphasis in examining the relationship between brain and behavior.

We are seeking members who are open minded, curious to learn, fascinated by the brain and fun conversationalists. How well do you fit this profile?

What speciality, experience, training or interest do you have that you can bring or contribute?

I am in school focusing on a degree in psychology, emphasizing in neuropsychology. Love to talk about it with others of the same interest.

We are interested in how our brains affect our ability to handle stress, affect our emotions, become more creative and most importantly impact our work life? How do you see yourself contributing to these discussions?

Things like emotions seem abstract, while the brain is concrete, and discussing how one may affect the other is something always interesting to talk about. I'm also a research junkie, and I think it's important to refer back to it when making a statement. Credibility means a lot when discussing psychological phenomena!

How did you hear about us?

Stumbled upon the page.

Hello! To keep it short, I'm fascinated by brains, so when I heard brain club I said- I'm in.
