June Book Club Meeting

The winner (just) of the poll for June is "Going South" by Larry Eilliot and Dan Atkinson. The book is an exposé of the UK economy, rather prescient given the fêted recovery. It also has to be one of the few books co-authored by journalists from the Mail and Guardian.

For July meeting, "Status Anxiety" by Alain De Botton - which is all about how we suffer as a result of a need for status. Very applicable to us all here and now.

Hi Everyone, I have finished reading this book. If anyone wants my copy then let me know. You will just need to ignore my "BS" which is scrawled on a number of pages.

    Simon.
