RRNA will host a luncheon for Ellery Schempp who was the primary student involved in the landmark 1963 Supreme Court Case of Abington School District v. Schempp which declared public school-sanction Bible reading unconstitutional, will be joining us for lunch at:

The lunch will start at 12:00 noon, and the room will be reserved for 2 hours to allow for late comers and to give time for a leisurely lunch and discussion.
Seating for the luncheon is limited to the first 25 members and guests to RSVP by March 29. We are allowing one guest for each member and they must be included on the member's RSVP.
Roma's can accommodate separate checks.
A door prize will be given, and you must be present to win.
Mr. Schempp will be in town to discuss freedom of religion and freedom from religion at The Commons Theater, located on the first floor of the Student Commons building at Floyd & Cherry.
This event is being hosted by the United Secular Alliance at Virginia Commonwealth University.

Free and open to the public. The Commons Theater is located on the first floor of the Student Commons building at Floyd & Cherry.
Driving Directions are available on VCU's website. Street parking in the area is limited. VCU Parking Services charges $5 to park in one of the decks on campus. No tickets are needed and the room will seat 300 however it is still recommended to arrive early.

Just to clarify... Ellery Schempp's event at VCU is on the evening of MONDAY March 30th. The RRNA lunch is the following day - TUESDAY, March 31st.
