    It is nice to discuss issues with like minded people. Good mix of people, backgrounds, and personalities.

    Going around the circle at the beginning with a few quick words to introduce ourselves was a great idea. It made it easier for me, and perhaps others, to join in on the discussion later on. Interesting topic and good leadership from Russ.

    It was really good. I like that we have no strict structure to our meetings. We let each meeting flow into whatever shape it needs to take. I personally got a lot out of this one and it is good that more people got involved.
