This was such an important trip for me and it did not disappoint. We were able to see and do so much, because it was so well organized. I also couldn't have asked for a nicer group to share this experience with. Thank you again, Jacki.

Jacki, since we are coming from Newport, we'd like to stay at a nearby hotel on Thursday night. Can you recommend something close to our departure point? And I believe you said we can leave a car at the bus stop? Thanks.

    January 6, 2014

    • Jacki

Yes - the cheapest will be Motel 6 in Framingham and Red Roof Inn. For some place nicer, the Doubletree Westboro is where we are leaving our cars. The Motel 6 is nice and clean and better than the Red Roof Inn. It is about 5-7 miles from the Doubletree on Route 9.

I've been wanting to go to Washington DC in Cherry Blossom time for a long time. I saw many of the monuments a couple of years ago during the summer, but really wanted to spend a good amount of time at the Smithsonian and the Washington National Zoo where I've never been. Is there any way to extend this trip another day?

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
