Zen Meditation, Study and Community

Tuesday Evenings, 7pm

If you are new to meditation and would like an introduction to Zen meditation, arrive 30 minutes early (6:30pm)

7:00  Recitation of Instructions for Zazen (Fukanzazengi)

7:10  Zazen (seated meditation)

Intro to meditation available

7:30   Kinhin (slow walking meditation)

7:40  Zazen

8:00   Tea and Cookies

8:10-8:45   Dharma Discussion

All are welcome regardless of religious affiliation or experience. You are welcome to arrive and leave at any point; after 7pm, please join the program quietly. Meditation cushions, benches and chairs are available.
