We will have dinner at the Columbia Firehouse Restaurant at 6:00pm and then see the musical Sweeney Todd at 8:00pm.
The Little Theater of Alexandria presents Sweeney Todd - The Demon Barber of Fleet Street, featuring music and lyrics by Stephen Sondheim, with book by Hugh Wheeler from an adaptation by Christopher Bond.
On a mission of ruthless retribution, Sweeney Todd schemes with Mrs. Lovett to avenge his family in the most delectable fashion. This thrilling masterpiece of passion, revenge, and meat pies is a chilling comedy set to the brilliant music of legendary composer Stephen Sondheim.
Cost $31.00, plus the cost of your meal plus tax/tip. This is a social event, an opportunity to meet other theater lovers, so you must come to dinner and purchase a meal before the show.
Musicals especially sell out quickly and the LTA does not offer up any seats at discount to Gold Star.
