There are over a dozen ethnic restaurants in South Arlington along Columbia Pike. RSVP ONLY IF COMING. Let's talk theater - what you have seen and what you want to see.
Our fourth dining experience will be at Flavors Soul Food.
Flavors Soul Food, 3420 Carlyn Hill Drive Falls Church, VA 22041, (703)[masked]
Voted Washingtonian Magazine Best Bargain Restaurant
"I'd definitely describe the restaurant as a hole in the wall type place, it's right off Columbia Pike and if you weren't looking for it, you'd miss it for sure! The interior is set up like a cafeteria and the décor is interesting. "The freshly-fried chicken was still piping hot, juicy and fried to the perfect crispness. The macaroni and cheese wasn't made from a box, it was homemade and cheesy with a little crusty top (I love that)." "I have had the catfish, chicken and the ribs and loved all three, but the catfish was my favorite. The cakes and pies are also great. the food is made to order so be prepared to smell like food when you leave here."
Flavors can be easy to miss since it's tucked on a side street just off Columbia Pike.
