WORKSHOP DATE: Sunday, April 1st, 2007

REGISTRATION/CHECK IN TIME: 1:30p.m.

WORKSHOP TIME: 2:00-6:00p.m.

WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION: ?TRIBAL 6/8 - Intensely powerful tribal dance from the Moroccan Berber tradition will bring power to your dance. The workshop will include steps and movements from the Juara (who-ara), tribe including early elements of flamenco, as well as the trance dance, Guedra, (gee-drah) of the Tuareg tribe. The workshop will include steps, isolations, spins, combinations and choreography. Bring zills, kneepads, and lots of energy?!

WORKSHOP PRICE: $50.00 in advance, $60.00 at the door.
