Broward Belly Dance Meet-Up Group

Please Read in its Entiretysmile



Members
- Members do not have to attend Meet-Ups, however they are most welcomed at every Meet-Up.
- Members cannot contact or call other members to harass and / or influence in any self serving form whatsoever.
- Members may not aggressively promote businesses that are too removed from our main purpose.

Members may not advertise for money making schemes, or any scheme that
would ultimately cause any form of harm to other members and / or their
families.
- Members may not advertise for any illegal activities, whether the activity is known or unknown as illegal.
- Members may not falsely represent themselves on behalf of the Meet-Up.
- Members may not represent the Meet-Up in a false manner.
- No one can take money on behalf of the Meet-Up unless otherwise given written and signed consent by the Organizer.


Member Vendors
- Vendors must be invited by Organizer, if you have not been invited you may not vend.
- Vendors cannot harass other members into purchases.
- Vendors must use only Organizer assigned tables.
- Vendors must stay within their assigned table area.
- Vendors must respect another vendor?s tables and property.
- Vendors must respect the property of our host, guests and or that of other members.

Vendors cannot slander or speak against another vendor?s merchandise
and or business practice, or against another vendor?s person and / or
their families.
- Vendors cannot call and / or contact other vendors, to harass and / or influence in any self serving form whatsoever.

Vendors must pickup after themselves and leave area clean, if the
tables have to be put away, vendor can ask for assistance, but cannot
leave until it?s all picked up.
- Vendors who fail to comply with these guidelines, may not be invited back to the Broward County Belly Dance Meet-Up Group.

Event Posting Guidelines
- Events posted must be Belly Dance driven or tied into the Belly Dance Community.
- If the event you are posting is not in the Broward County, then you may not email the members at the
time
of posting and / or at any other time. The Meet-Up already emails our
members the appropriate reminders regularly.
- Updating an event
-
You may not email members when updating an event, if the update does
not include information that would ultimately reduce the possibility of
the members ability to find the location, such as a change of
address. You may not email the members when updating an event if
the event is not in Broward
County. Additionally, you may not email when updating if
the event is still three or more weeks away from the set date.

The reason for these restrictions is to reduce the number of e-mails sent to the members!


Failure
to comply with these requirements can be cause for removal from Member
/ Vendor / Assistant Organizer Privileges and up to termination of
membership from the Broward County Belly Dance Meet-Up Group and from the Meet-Up in general.

This
is not an exhaustive list of all possible scenarios. Ultimately
the Organizer has the final say in any and all matters concerning all
guidelines.
