No introduction yet
I'm new on this site. I saw your add and I'm intersetd to know if you found people to practise your Spanish with and if you did interesting activities.
Welcome to Young Vancouver Benoit! Feel free to join and suggest ideas for our meetups! See you soon :)
My pleasure Ben. Just keep up the running with light, easy runs, leaving lots on the table until you're fully healed and running painlessly. Hopefully we'll see you all better for the 2011 racing season!
See you then!
Hi Ben, we have a run at 9:30 on Saturday morning at the Mt. Pleasant community centre. If you show up at 8:45, we can do a few short stride exercises for twenty minutes or so. If you feel good, you can go for a 4km run after that, or just leave it at the exercises. Either should be a good step for you. Let me know and I'll see you then and there!
I just posted an article on running with much shorter strides, as a technique to spare your knees, ankles, hips and everything else the trauma of pounding during runs. If you're up for it, I would like to invite you to meet me at the Mt. Pleasant Community Centre for a one kilometer technique run(s) to work on using a metronome for taking tiny little rapid steps, the way the Kenyans do. If you enjoy it and it helps your pain-free running, we can keep doing it. Interested?
Hey Benoit, welcome to the 20's Crowd! Thanks so much for joining, feel free to rsvp or suggest any ideas for an event you are interested in. Hope to meet you soon :)
Hi Benoit, and welcome to our running and jogging club! A Belgian racecar driver name Eric Bachelart is one of my best friends! Spa rules!! I look forward to seeing you out at one of our runs soon!
