WHAT IS THE EVENT?

Tuesday Nights Poker @ The Samuel Pepys in Mansion House is a fantastic Texas Hold'em Poker tournament which is based on a £5 freeze out.
The total price for your evening is £5 plus £2 which is a voluntary donation from yourself to our volunteer organizer for the night which this week is Craig Norwood, that money is voluntary and goes towards himself for organizing the whole tournament and dealing final table for your pleasure, The Bubble Poker League does not make any money from the event in question from it's players.
All the £5 go into the pot and will be split between the to 10% of the field during the tournament

The points are distributed to players that make it to the final table (8 players) and go towards the season in London for The Bubble Poker League which can be viewed on

A 'freezeout' is simply a poker tournament which plays down until one player has all the chips (and is then declared the winner). Everyone in the tournament buys in for the same £ amount and receives the same number of chips. Once you've lost these, you are eliminated from the tournament.

Breaks will be issued during the evening at different times which is up to the Tournament Directors discretion

PAYOUT & POINTS

All of the £5 that have gone into the pot with be split between the top 10% of the tournament which is usually the top 3.

2ND - 30% of the pot
3RD - 20% of the pot

BAR & CATERING

The bar is directly next to our tables in which they will offer full table service for our players as the poker is played upstairs.

Cold and Hot food is on offer through The Samuel Pepys full menu and will be served until 21:30 hrs.

Come out of Mansion House station through Garlick Hill exit, turn right and walk down Garlick Hill. At the bottom of Garlick Hill turn right and cross the footbridge ahead of you, at the bottom of the footbridge turn left and follow the main road until you see the "Globe View" building on your left. Stew Lane is the first road on your left and TSP is at the bottom.

Folllow Queens road until the start of the Bridge over the themes - Turn right

How to get here
Kensal Road leads off the northernmost end of Ladbroke Grove, at the Sainsbury's roundabout. The Club is the last building on the left side of the road, just before Meanwhile Gardens.

Alternatively the club can be approached from Golborne Road.

Parking
On street parking costs 50p an hour, 20p per 20 minutes, for up to 10 hours. Parking spaces are usually available within two minutes walk of the building. Parking is free after 6.30pm.

Public transport
The nearest tube station is Westbourne Park and is less than 10 minutes (6 or 7 at most) walk away. The no. 23 bus stops along Kensal Road.

Taxis
The Club also provides a taxi service. Cars are always available and can be ordered simply by asking any member of staff. This makes it safe and easy for members to get home.
