Meditation from 8:30 to 9:30 - We sit for 24 minutes, then have a brief walking meditation, and then another 24 minute sitting meditation. ( The usual! )

Meditation daily. Weekdays from 6-7am, and Saturdays and Sundays from 8:30 to 9:30am. (24 minutes sitting meditation, walking meditation, and another 24 minutes sitting).
