Beginner, meditate every morning using a tape
Seeking ways to better meditate and support
Meditation daily. Weekdays from 6-7am, and Saturdays and Sundays from 8:30 to 9:30am. (24 minutes sitting meditation, walking meditation, and another 24 minutes sitting).
Meditation instruction is available for beginners; just come early on a Saturday or a Sunday! Phone Julie at 330-9332 for further details.
