I try to meditate every day by becoming aware of my breath and do walking meditations in the city to be mindful. On a daily basis, I try to be compassionate and understanding. I read Tricycle magazine & listen to Zencast (Gil Fronsdale).
I am interested in talking about Buddhism from a practical perspective whether that's dealing with inconsiderate people on the subway or with relationships with significant others.
In the last few years I have been learning and adopting a more mindful and Buddhist philosophy into my daily life. I am now at the point where I would like to meet others with similar life philosophies.
