Survival Series: Physical Conditioning Series - AM:Stairs Repeating

This is the weekly(Wednesday) indoor climb in the wee hours of the morning. The primary purpose is to establish a baseline for those attending the Mount Rainier climb. It will permit us to determine our ability to climb X number of vertical feet, albeit under perfect conditions. I will post elevation climb data when I get a chance.

I would like to get eventually to the 1,500ft/hr rate w/o pack and 1,000ft/hr with a 35# pack.

This event repeats every Wednesday until April, 2014.

We will move outdoors in the Spring.

The actual climb is described HERE.

This event is open to anyone and everyone.

Also, this is scheduled in the early morning to permit those that can't make the other conditioning session scheduled for Wednesday evenings (6:00pm).

Decided to change my rsvp to no because of the uncertainty of the weather in the morning, but looking forward to future stair climbs/work outs!
