This is a group for anyone looking for a little support and accountability in achieving their weight loss goals. The group does not have anything to sell or any diet to push.
Think of it as a self-directed Weight Watchers without forking over $10 each week. Members would need to develop their own weight loss plan and set their own goals, but meet regularly to check in and support each other along the journey.
