Hi Cathy,
You're doing marvelous work!
Can't wait to get involved when I finally return from the road in April.
Best of luck on your event tomorrow and be assured of my support when I'm back in Brighton. I run Dr Sketchy's Anti Art Class there and as part of Brighton Fringe Festival finale I am very proud to be holding my event at the Sea Life Centre on a similar theme as Rubadub.
Best wishes
Miss Rachael Fountain

Hello to all of you lovely cabaret and burlesque meetup folks.

I hope you don't mind the group message but I trying to drum up support for an event I'm running on Easter Sunday. It's the first commercial event I've run since doing the cabaret and burlesque meetup for 10 months now. It's going to be a fantastic show so please support it and the venue is beautiful.

The Rubadub Social Club
Easter Sunday 23rd March
The Pigalle Supper Club
215 Piccadilly W1
Doors open 8pm, Show 9pm

Come aboard Rubberdubbers for the Rubadub Social Club.

We set sail again on the Cabaret and Burlesque seas on Easter Sunday at the beautiful Pigalle Supper Club.

Our salty sea captain Mr Meredith leads us on a comic journey to a bygone age of 1930s glamour, singing sea shanties and visiting strange and exotic lands.

Be united in wonder. Will ship captive Edwin Flay escape from his chain below deck?

Be delighted by sailoress chantress Devine Miss Em

Be excited as we traverse the stormy seas ...

To Germany where Molotov Cocktease the evil and despicable baddie is holding James Bond captive in her greasy lair. She has more than a passing adoration for the Fuhrer...!

To 1970s India for side splitting audience participation sensation Rajesh The Bollywood Lounge Singer.

To the Australian Rainforest where the Black Widow is beautiful and charming but oh so deadly.

To the Brazilian Carnival where drag duchess Ruby Venezuela is a latina bossanova legend in her own lunchtime.

To the Lands of Mist and Sadness where love tears Beatrix Von Bourbon apart.

Dj Barnacle Bill then hyjacks the ship to shiver your timbers with a tasty grog of jazz, swing, blues with a sprinkle of shimmy and a shoal of shanties. Buckle those belts and shuffle those shoes.

Do not miss the sailing. Rubberdubbers have way more fun than Landlubbers.

Dress code. vintage glamour, retro gents, optional nautical. Pirates and sailors get in for ?8.

Show tickets ?10, ?40 3 course meal and show
