Where are you in the overall picture of your networking and why?
Every business leader wants to network - or at least wants the results from successful networking. We go to events with all of the right ideas in mind but we show up as someone that we often do not recognize. Why? There are four main factors that cause us to show up as a mere shadow of ourselves and spend the evening on our phone, checking email or talking about the Penguins. These four parts of our thinking come out when we least desire them. There are called GAIL's - Gremlins, Assumptions, Interpretations and Limiting Beliefs. These have also been grouped together into ANTS - automatic - negative - thinking syndrome. Come to a free ninety-minute presentation on how these four critters show up, why and what you can do about it. BNI Capital Gains Chapter believes in paying it forward to the community and we invite you to attend our meeting at 7:15 on Thursday May 23, network with our members and stay for the presentation (9 AM to 10:30 AM) and the discussion lead by Frederick Geiger with onCOREventures, a certified leadership coach and member of ICF-Pittsburgh.
