for anyone who likes opera, there is a gilbert and sullivan production on over this week end only .. here's the link..
    http://www.kaosonline.org/
someone mentioned to me that they would like to join a group that only sings opera.. can I suggest that you join a music society
there is also the london voices meet up and the london classical meet up.
you decide what you want to sing, just bring the music along and the pianist will play it for you

Booking can be done at the st john's smith square web site or by telephone at their box office...0207 [masked]

They have a nice cafe and restaurant in the crypt. I don't know if someone would like to give their number so you can arrange to meet up yourselves before the concert.

Hi, Teresa you will have to purchase your own tickets and we will not be able to.sit together. The ticket prices vary so imagine they will be seat allocated.
We will have to gather in the main entrance after the concert and I will hold a meet up sign. The concert itself is over 2 hr. Very complicated and was written to impress.
    Best wishes

I will be singing in the Bach concert so we will all have to meet up after the concert and go to the pub with the rest of the choir and orchestra

For those in the London area who love J.S. Bach, baroque violin, lute and harpsichord - meet at Kings Place, Sunday 24th March at 11.30am
    http://bit.ly/RwqyFW
David Roblou, Lynda Sayce and I are performing rarely heard violin sonatas by Bach. This is incredibly beautiful, and at times truly bizarre music - a real must for Bach lovers. Roblou says he's never come across the likes of these continuo parts (and he's been around for ever!). Lynda has arranged the famous Wiess/Bach suite (originally for lautenwerke) for violin and lute, and it is a real gem. The venue is gorgeous too, by the way... See you after the show!
