    This may sound selfish but feeling comfortable with MySELF is a high priority in my life. Self inquiry, the four questions called "the work", continues to deliver me from fears and obsessions that can show up day to day. As I practice the work, the work deepens and reaches wider into old and new relationships. Perhaps a good word for practicing the work is practicing "Grace" itself. Since 2003 I have not left home without it. Four short precise questions you ask yourself with all the honesty you can muster. It's that simple.
