Hello Friends!

Although we've had the most amazingly warm and sunny weather, there's no denying it: fall is upon us in full force. With the weather cooling off, we naturally feel more drawn towards heavier, warmer, comforting foods.

Here is your chance to enjoy a delicious array of everyone's fall favourites. Come share a serving with like minded friends for a heart and tummy warming social time!

Our conttribution will be the classic Caesar Salad and warming Ratatouille.

We look forward to staying warm with good food and good friends. We hope to see you there!

Earlier in the day, I was tempted to cancel the event due to road conditions as a result of the heavy snowfall. Having lived in Calgary for a very long time, where weather changes without notice, in this case it did change for the better. I am so glad I did not cancel the event. We were split 50/50 between the newcomers and the regular attendees. It is so nice to see younger people and children getting involved in this lifestyle.

There were plenty of creative food and desserts dishes. The sharing circle seems to have opened up conversation with regards to raw vegan food lifestyle and it s impact on personal health and wellbeing. We are always glad to hear everyone’s testimonial.

Once again, thank you to all the volunteers who assisted with putting up the decorations and the cleanup. We look forward to seeing you at the next potluck.
