I eat raw breakfasts most of the time but lunch and dinner are a challenge unless a salad is on the menu. I am looking for better nutrition, quick preparation, ease of clean-up, healthy weight maintenance, and support in a community of other individuals interested in raw lifestyle.
I have prepared raw main dishes, desserts, green smoothies, as well as raw breakfasts. My challenge is to follow the raw food lifestyle consistently. I am looking for suggestions on how to do it.
