Yoga before incubator

Hi incubators!
Come on out to some yoga before incubator. I will be doing my donation based yoga class at 630 before incubator. Please drop by. Suggested donation of $5-15. I recently completed my 200hrs training and am looking forward to passing along all what I have learned. I teach a slower flow class that includes deep stretching and focus on moving from the core of the body.
