I have played guitar for many years. I have stayed acoustic with an eclectic mix of songs that I play. I have played at open mics in Calgary and enjoy attending all of the FAMI camps I can get to. I am always looking for people to Jam with.

Twisted Roots (Doug Baker, Blaine Hrabi, Cindy Warnock) bring a variety of instruments to the stage including guitars, whistles, mandolin, mandola, bass, bodhran & harmonica. They enjoy taking roots music and twisting the arrangements to come up with a sound that is unique and yet strangely familiar. Drawing musical inspiration from a broad range of traditions including Celtic, folk, British folk rock and country, Twisted Roots will make you tap your feet, laugh, listen & very likely sing along.
Back now from Phoenix... just wondering if you wanted to pass on an invite to anyone who would like to come down to Cabin Cafe this Saturday night (April 20) - 4623 Bow Trail SW Calgary - 7:00pm to 9:15pm
Wanted to Thank You for the hospitality and for having me at your place for the jam.
Hi Bob. Any spots left open for the Cardel showcase jam? I've got a friday jam group (with Lone and Klement) I'd like to bring in. We've got lots of songs we do on a regular basis and will sound great. Also, I could bring in my bass rig which is quite powerful and will fill in the bass sound quite nicely.
Its called the horny toad located at 75 St on Elbow Drive.
Chris Greeves is the host.
It starts at 6 and is slow to begin so i go then so i don't have to wait a long time. Its perfect for the original music artist. Let me know if you are going with some of your musical support and I'll make sure I'm there. There is no backline (drums, musicians to play along) unless you bring them or you ask people in the crowd - you'll get to know who is who and what they do. Take Care
Glad to see you are coming Bob
