Huge All-day Home-or-HQ-Based Phone Bank and Letter Writing Drive!

Do phone mailing from home or HQ or do mailings from the HQ:

Austin Petersen here! I need all of you and everyone you know across the USA to volunteer to help with the HUGE HOME BASED PHONE DRIVE!!! starting 1 p.m.

The greatest part about this event is that you can do it from home, you don't have to go anywhere. All you'll need is a cell phone with free minutes and a computer with an internet connection!

The Libertarian Party has opened up their phone banking website for us to use at

If you would like to participate please go to ballotbase.org and register on their website. Once you have finished, you will receive a confirmation email. Then you'll have a username and login. Then on Saturday you just log in, pick up your phone, and call the phone numbers. In the website is a very simple tutorial on how to use the system, there's a simple interface that allows you to record the status of the call. It's very important to get as many people as we can all over the USA or even the world to call New Hampshire that day.

If you prefer you may come to Headquarters that day. Bring a laptop, and phone and we will provide the internet connection.

Again, to participate:

1. Register at ballotbase.org

2. Familiarize yourself with the website and use the easy tutorials they provide

3. On Saturday at 1PM EST log in to the website and start making calls. The script will be there directly underneath.

Subject: Letter Writing This Saturday

Fellow Patriots:

We'll be writing letters to Iowans all day this SATURDAY. If you're already signed up for the Tea Party, please consider helping us out during the day, and we can party it up all night!

Charles and I are in the process of creating the literature that we'll be mailing out and we're trying to make this as easy and efficient as possible. The letters will all be copies, yet they'll be personalized with a paragraph or two that you'll be writing by hand. We'll make it easy for you, just show up!

If you'd like to help out, here's what to do:

* Bring yourself (obviously) to Ron Paul HQ at 10AM.
* Bring several good pens to write with.
* Bring stamps (you can get a coil of 100 for $41)
* Bring some cash (lunch, incidentals, etc.)
* Bring your ideas on what you'd like to write someone in 1-2 paragraphs.
* Bring standard white envelopes and anything else you can raid from your work! But we'll be ok with the paper.

Most importantly, if you're coming to help out, PLEASE BRING SOME STAMPS WITH YOU. It costs $41 to buy a coil of 100 and Charles, along with a friend of mine will each be getting a coil. This means we'll be able to at least get out 300 letters + 100 that Charles should be able to get out with his meter at work. The more letters we send out the better.
