No we can't protest it, but if you have a chance, do get the code book. It really does help. Yes we are from BC via the NWT and have retired to England and France. We live partially in the Loire and partially in the Southeast of England. www.simplyspoken.com We thought it would be a lot easier getting our license in France rather than in England on the other side of the road. I think that we made the right decision.
