Hi again (this is my last email of the day, I promise!),

The Olympic spirit is in the air and here is a way to celebrate on Friday night (12/02).

All of the rollerblading associations in Paris and Ile-de-France are banding together to mark the opening ceremonies of the Winter Olympics this Friday night.

The participants will be blading from either Trocadero or Champs-Elys?es (depending on rollerblading skill levels) holding torches and the event will culminate with a synchronized formation at Trocadero of the words "VANCOUVER 2010" visible from a birds-eye view. Pretty cool, eh? It's very likely to be televised too.

If you wish to participate, it's not too late - there is a link to sign up on the web pages below. Otherwise feel free to be a spectator. Either way, check out the info below (in French).

Enjoy!
