LOWER EATON CANYON 3BIV
One of my favorite local canyons. I've never done it when there's a good flow. I wasn't able to make the previous two outings so I thought I'd make my own.

Elevation gain: 2130' elevation gain on approach
Difficulties: 10 Rappels to 80', some in waterfalls, jumps, slides, wades, swims
ACA Rating: 3BIII VERY WET AND COLD; WETSUITS & DRYBAGS MANDATORY
No Car Shuttle
NOTE: Since this is not a guided trip and because canyoneering is a team sport where every member should be able to rappel well, inspect anchors, build new anchors, rig for all contingencies, manage ropes efficiently and contribute in every aspect of the adventure, anyone who's profile doesn't reflect the appropriate training or sufficient experience will not be allowed to participate. That means you have taken Klaus' 3-Day class or you have comparable canyon experience.

First Aid Kit, Poison Oak Cream!
Individual Gear: Wetsuit, dry bag/keg, harness, helmet, descender, etc.
Plan for lengthy day. That means snacks and a decent lunch, plenty of water.
