No. Getting another set of eyes is always helpful. You never know what you communicate might be read differently - and not everyone who sees your resume or hirers you is a head hunter.

What's the greatest challenge you face in the job market today?

I think the fact that social networking and technology are just a given. Also, the fact that training is no longer something businesses are willing to pay for.

Do you mind role-playing to learn new interviewing techniques?

I'm always nervous to role-play, but again, it's practice and you can always take advantage of getting more experience.
