Welcome outdoors-y exercise lovers, cycling fanatics and runners!
We are a fun group of people from Durham and Chapel Hill who like to exercise together. Mainly we run and do yoga, but we also lift weights, swim, dance, bike, kayak, camp, hike, and much more! We are known to participate in 5K and 10K races, half marathons, marathons, triathlons.
