Pounding the pavement has never been so much fun!

Thanks for checking us out! We're a diverse group of ladies who run at different paces (8 min/mile to 12 min/mile) and different distances (2 miles to 10+ miles). Weekly runs average 3-5 miles with longer distances on the weekend. Some of us are training for a race, from 5Ks to full marathons!! But beginners are always welcome! Most of our runs are in Cary, Morrisville, and Apex, but are not limited to those locations. Please tell us if you have an idea for a meetup or if you are having a hard time finding runs on the calender that work with your schedule so we can keep the calender full.

Please note that if you RSVP "Yes" to a run, be sure to attend or change &/or email the organizer of the run if you cant make it. We wait on everyone to arrive before we run and don't want to be waiting for someone who is not coming. Also, dues are $2 for the following 6 months or you can pay $4 for the year. The dues are due within 48 HOURS of joining since there is a fee for organizing via Meetups. You can pay online through Amazon Payments, or contact Susan if you prefer to pay by cash or check.
