A leisurely evening ride to start the cycling season - 15 miles

Lights required(both front & back required). We will ride north on the Burke-Gilman Trail to Blyth Park near Bothell. Then take a break at Blyth Park for about 15 minutes, use the restrooms if needed and return to Matthew's Beach. Bring a snack if needed. The terrain is flat. The pace is leisurely at 10 to 12 mph. Snow, ice or rain cancel the ride. Helmets and a functioning bicycle are required. No cue sheets provided. Free parking at Matthew's Beach Parking lot. Arrive early to beat the sea gulls for a good parking spot. This ride is also posted on the Cascade Bicycle Club free daily rides web page, cascade.org/dailyride.
