Donna, you will find all the information you need at Cascade Bicycle Club website. https://shop.cascade.org/content...
If you surf this website it will answer most all you questions about cycling, pace, safety, rides, events and more. If you have more questions, there names, numbers and email of whom you could contact to better answer any and all of your questions. I do not have all of the answer, but, I am providing you with the resources as to where you could get those answers. Call Cascade of email Sander Lazar and he may be able to answer all or some of your questions and/ or direct to the right person. Thanks! That's helpful. Do you know if there is a way to sign up just for the email notifications for the pace you are interested in?

It's wonderful that you sponsor so many rides! Would it be possible to include the pace in the headline? It sure would help with my in box management

Donna, thank you for showing interest on my posting and for taking time to comment. I try to be as informatinve as possible when I create these postings. Many people want different information out each ride. Additionally, the space only allows me a certain amount of characters. However, on the body of posting is the information you are looking for. I will tell you that I seldom do Moderate rides and that my rides are Brisk and above. After work most people want to get home after a ride during the week. Anyway, I hope I was helpful with the this message. Thank you for your time and consideration..., ciao for now Lico
