The Alpha Cashflow Club Meetup

Welcome to our cashflow group.

Not only are we are the best cashflow game in town, but the only cashflow club to have continued for over three years on a consistent basis. We offer cashflow 101 and 202 games each week and take our members to new heights of expanding their financial learning every single game so that they take away a new understanding about how to make their money grow.

We were the first official Rich Dad CASHFLOW Club when Robert and Kim were creating a franchise system with the Clubs. In the past we have be privileged to invite our members to participate in live tapings with Robert and Kim Kiyosaki along with their Rich Dad Adviser Team whenever Robert is looking for fans to fill his audience.

Our game begins with an introduction, then we play a DVD from the Cashflow Club Kit, a series of 10 DVDs designed by Robert and Kim Kiyosaki to enhance the learning experience. We then discuss what we learned. We then have 90 minutes of game play, and a debrief at the end. We hold the schedule tight and finish by 9 o'clock. Our club welcomes newbie players and experienced players as well. We do our best to make each session a huge learning experience for each individual. We only ask that you play to win, celebrate all wins, and take winning to a new level of abundant thinking.

Our Mission:
"To elevate the financial intelligence of the local community by promoting personal growth through education and by developing relationships that support and encourage members to achieve their financial goals."

Hope to see you at one of our games.

Viewed the "get a Job" segment of Sacred Cows RichDad DVD. Good debrief on the real risk of being an Employee: just one customer. Played Cashflow 101 plus partners. Had fun test our ideas about risk and deal making. Great talk after the game on how to form an investment strategy and the importance taking action. Also taked about the need to make mistakes - the are your chance to learn. Nice mix of new and veteran Cashflow players.

I was struck by what came up in the group about how, in school and as employees, it is ingrained in us that we *better not* make mistakes. And that this keeps us from taking action. I then liked what Leo said about action being the willingness to make mistakes. And that a successful life is "failing forward".

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
