Eric Baecht of the Coachella Valley Hiking Club and myself will be leading this hike.  If you don't have a Summer Pass for the Tram, you will need to buy your ticket.  Tickets are $23.95 or $21.95 for seniors (62+).  Tram website is here:

What a great hike; thanks Sylvia and Steve for organizing this. As out-of-towners, we were planning on hiking up on the mountain on our own, but it was great to have a leader who could show us all the great views and point out the native flora and fauna.

Sylvia and Eric, thanks again for organizing and leading the hike to Shangri-La. The scenery was great and I enjoyed the conversations with the fellow hikers.

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
