Digby used to have seizures but for a grade 3-4 murmur I would do a recheck with an eco at a specialist ie: AMC, LIVS or Oradell.
She might need enalapril or benazapril to help the heart beat properly. I would DEF get a second opinion 2 seizures a wk!
I would be seeing specialist for sure.
I hope that helps.

Has anyone in the group dealt with seizures?  My 8 1/2 year old Blenheim has recently started having "mini" seizures.  The first time she had one was 5 years ago but now they happen about twice a week.   They only last about 20 seconds but their frequency is scaring me.  My vet has no explanation.  My Sophie has a heart murmur which is a grade 3-4 but other than that she is healthy.  The only meds she takes is Dasuquin for her joints.

Any advice?  Thanks gang!
