What is a motivated seller?

A seller who is compelled by circumstance or emotion to sell a property for less than the "market" would pay under "normal" circumstances.

For a seller to be motivated, there must be something going on in their lives to motivate them.

Determining Motivation:

How do you identify a motivated seller?

What would motivate a person to sell their house at below market value?


Convenience (absentee landlord, out of state, inheritance/estate sell)

Come, network and learn how to handle a motivated seller when they present themselves.
