The English/ Mandarin Language Exchange is a Chinese/English language exchange event taking place at the Royal Festival Hall in the heart of London. Members and their friends are welcome to learn and practice Chinese/English language at the same time as they make new friends in a warm and friendly environment and a fun atmosphere. People from other cultures and backgrounds are also welcome to join us, so do come along!

This meet-up costs £5.00 from Paypal or £7.00 if you pay on the day.

The entry fee includes handouts, a free glass of soft drinks and some snacks.

We suggest bringing along a pen and some paper to jot down a few notes.

How does it work?

The event lasts about 2.5 hours. It will normally be at a Beginners’ level .But please state your language level below and we can then adapt the structure to fit your needs. Hi there! I'm Dan, was in China for about 18 months learning Mandarin before coming back to uk in August. I'm about upper intermediate level apparently. Do you think you would be able to accommodate me in your class? I note it's mainly aimed at beginners. Please let me know. Thanks very much!

Hi Dan don't worry we got others also at intermediate/ advanced levels, we are going to adapt the structure to suit everyone's needs. Also so far we have 50% Chinese 50% foreigners therefore it will be good for 1-1 conversation. See you soon this Saturday!

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
