Walk Around Centennial Park

We'll meet at the West End of Centennial Park at Pavillion O. This is not the main entrance that you might be used to using. Be sure to check Centennial Park - West Area map in our Files section to see exactly where to park and meet.

From Route 29, take Route 108 west, towards Clarksville.
The main entrance to the park is about one mile on your right.
However, drive past the main entrance and take a right at the light onto Centennial Lane.
Drive one-half mile and take the first right into the park entrance, West Area.

Park as close to the end of the lot as possible. You'll see a small pavilion at the end.

Hi, do you do this same walk often? I have 2 shelties. Jamie is 9 years old and very fussy about what dogs he likes (he liked everyone til he turned 2). Chrissy is very shy and likes to avoid dogs. We do best with other shelties, mini Aussies, corgis and Collies.

I think we done this particular walk twice this month. I know there are at least 2 Collies in the group, a Corgi, a mini Aussie has come once, and I'm not sure about Shelties. That said, all of the walks are open to all breeds and it's always a pretty diverse bunch. I don't mean to be discouraging, but from what you've said I'm not sure your dogs would enjoy it.

Yes it's quite possible they won't do well with a crowd. I think we'll plan to come once to see how it goes.

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
