Introduction

Found out I had CD in 2003. I had MAJOR symptoms - had rapidly gained almost 100lbs, thick patches on my joints that were cracked and bleeding, and horrible stomach pains - 3 months on the GF diet I magically lost 80lbs + felt better SO much better.

When were you diagnosed with Celiac Disease / Gluten Intolerance?

Sometime in 2003/2004 - I can't remember exactly. I didn't know how much that diagnosis would change my life!

What's your favorite Gluten Free product?

Everybody Eats Deli Rolls. Toasted. SOOO good.

What's your favorite Gluten Free restaurant?

Risotteria!
