Gluten-Free Dinner at El Centro DC

Please join us on Tuesday August 27, 2013 at 7:30pm for a Gluten-Free Dinner Club Event at El Centro in Downtown Washington, DC! El Centro serves up authentic Mexican comfort food, the majority of which is naturally gluten-free. Chef Richard Sandoval has taken gluten-free to a whole new level and has even prepared gluten-free churros for our dinner club! So, come out to our event to try some of the best! The total cost for the meal is $41.61 per person and includes appetizers, entrees, desserts and water-based beverages, as well as tax and gratuity. Also included is a $5 per person donation to the Celiac Disease Program at Children's National Medical Center.

On the Menu:

Appetizers: served family style
•Guacamole - prepared tableside, a blend of ripe avocados, tomato, onions, chile serrano
•Chicken Tamales - chicken, sweet chipotle sauce, crema fresca and avocado in a masa tamale
•Pork Carnitas Sopas - corn masa cakes with roasted pork and a blood orange habanero glaze
•Steak Huarache - corn masa flatbread with oaxaca cheese, caramelized onions and salsa roja
