I have been diagnosed with a gluten and dairy intolerance since 2010. I am looking for safe places to dine, new recipes or g/f classes. I am trying to embrace my dietary challenges, and concentrate on what I can eat rather than what I can't.
A wonderfully welcoming group of people, all of whom were well versed on many health issues related to diet and nutrition. I enjoyed speaking with each and every person I met.
