Announcing a new Meetup for Washington DC Gluten-Free Dinner Club!

What: Celiac Awareness Night at the Washington Nationals!

When: August 16,[masked]:00 PM

Where: Click the link below to find out!

Meetup Description: Very exciting news!! The Washington Nationals have partnered with the National Foundation for Celiac Awareness to spread the word about celiac disease and gluten-free food!! Join us at the new Nationals stadium on Saturday August 16 as the Nationals take on the Colorado Rockies at 7:10pm. Discounted tickets are available through the following website:

The best news....there will be TONS of gluten-free food. In addition to the gluten-free food from Noahs that is already available, each stand in the park will be labeling their menus to show which items are gluten-free! And of course, there will be Redbridge beer. As we get closer to game time, I will send out more information about which stands will have gluten-free options.

The Nationals will also be airing the NFCA Public Service Announcement during the game, so for a full minute, everyone in the stands will have to listen to CNN Newsroom Anchor Heidi Collins talk about celiac disease! YIPPIE!

Last, but certainly not least, the Nationals will be donating a large percentage of every ticket sold to the NFCA to support local celiac awareness projects. The NFCA has decided to put all of the money towards our restaurant training program to encourage new restaurants in the DC area to adopt gluten-free menus and kitchen protocols.

So, please buy tickets!! Bring your family and friends to support Celiac Awareness Day at the Nationals!
