Hello all,

One of your members introduced me to your group and suggested that I join and be a resource to the group. I love to teach people how to cook for well-being.

I am a whole food chef and educator who was GF for 8 years. I have healed my gut through a holistic nutrition protocol and now can tolerate wheat and gluten occasionally with no problem. I am offering a GF Baking Series in Rockville starting this week, and also offer individual consultations at my office in Takoma Park, MD. I would welcome your attendance in my classes or office!

Looking forward to meeting you and baking with you!

be well,
Monica

gluten-free quick breads and muffins
November 19
This class will take the guesswork out of baking your own muffins and quick breads, and make sense of all the gluten-free flours out there. Find out what flours really make a difference in texture and "mouth feel". Make and taste these delightful home-baked treats--you won't be able to tell that they are GF!

gluten-free yeasted breads: French bread and sandwich bread
December 3
Longing for a delicious piece of crusty-on-the outside, chewy-on-the inside French bread? How about a sandwich bread that isn't grainy and doesn't fall apart? What about the aroma of freshly baking bread from your oven? This is your class! The secret is in the flour...and the yeast...and a few other simple things. You will leave confident to bake bread again! (or for the first time!)

gluten-free treats: homemade cookies and brownies...YUM!
December 17
Plain or fancy, we love cookies. Just in time for the holidays. They are easy to make and delightful to eat. And these freeze well so that you may have homemade cookies anytime!

$55 per class or $150 for the series paid in advance
